Refund policy

We have a 7 day exchange policy on approved items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We reserve all rights to deny your request.

Eligibility for an exchange includes receiving incorrect or damaged items only.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of wear and tear, and odors with original tags attached in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  No exchanges for ordering incorrect size or incorrect item.  No exchanges on drinkware, personalized items, canvas, totes/bags, decals(car/wall),  journals, party favors

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, drinkware, canvas, totes, or specialty items including graduation, prom, family reunion, etc.) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have once your request is accepted.  We reserve the right to deny any request.

 

Refunds
At this time, we are offering exchanges only for approved items.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified, and a replacement item will be shipped to you.
